Privacy Policy
This policy explains how personal data of users of the Avtomakon website (avtomakon.uz) and mobile app is collected, used and protected. The service is operated by "SEVEN NOOR" MAS'ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYAT.
Data we collect
• Account data: name, phone number, email, city or region, profile photo. Passwords are stored only in hashed form. • Content you post: listings (photos, price, description, contact number), reviews and videos, questions and answers, owner-reported prices. • Requests sent to dealers: name, phone number and the car you are interested in. • Photos uploaded for car recognition. • Device and technical data: push notification token, IP address, browser or device type, crash and error reports. • Saved models, price alerts, language and theme settings.
How we use data
• To create your account, verify it with an SMS code and keep it secure. • To show listings, reviews and Q&A on the website and in the app. • To deliver your request to the dealer you choose. • To send notifications about price changes and replies. • To improve the service, fix errors and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Who we share data with
• Dealers — when you send a request, your name and phone number are sent to that dealer, including via Telegram. • Other users — your listings, reviews and Q&A are public, and the contact number in a listing is shown to buyers. • Service providers: Eskiz (SMS codes), Google Firebase (push notifications), Yandex Metrica (visit statistics), Sentry (error reports) and our hosting provider. • Government authorities — only where required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers for as long as your account is active. When an account is deleted, personal data is erased within 30 days, except records we are required by law to keep. Data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On Personal Data».
Your rights
• View and edit the data in your profile. • Delete your listings, reviews and questions, or ask us to delete them. • Request full deletion of your account and related data. • Opt out of notifications. The account deletion process is described on the «Delete account» page.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 16. If you learn that a child's data has been provided to us, contact us and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. We will announce significant changes on the website or in the app. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
