Delete account

You can request deletion of your Avtomakon account and the personal data associated with it. The process is the same for the website and the mobile app.

How to request deletion

  1. Email info@avtomakon.uz and include the phone number or email linked to your account.
  2. Use «Delete account» as the subject line.
  3. We may send an SMS code to your phone or an email to confirm that the account belongs to you.
  4. Your request will be completed within 30 days and we will notify you of the result.

What is deleted

• Profile: name, phone, email, city, profile photo and password. • Your listings and their photos. • Your reviews, videos, questions and answers. • Saved models, price alerts and notification settings. • Your device's push notification token.

What may be retained

• Requests already sent to a dealer may be kept by that dealer — contact the dealer directly to delete them. • Records we are required by law to keep are retained for the period set by law. • Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you. Data in backups is erased within 30 days.

Deleting only some data

If you want to keep your account but delete specific listings, reviews or photos, email the same address and tell us which data should be deleted.
